WEDDING INVITATIONS OF AUSTRALIA INFO AND FAQ CAN WE MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO COME AND SEE YOU? Absolutely you can! Our wedding invitation showroom is located in Joondalup, about 25 minutes from Perth city. We are located at 1/25 Winton Road, Joondalup, WA 6027. You are welcome to come and view our gorgeous range of wedding invitations and wedding stationery during our opening hours. If you would prefer to spend some time discussing your requirements with us, it is advisable to make an appointment beforehand so that we can ensure we are able to devote the time to you deserve. I DONT LIVE IN PERTH, CAN I STILL ORDER FROM YOU? If your location means that you are unable to visit us in person, don’t worry, we provide wedding invitations Australia wide and even to overseas customers. We are able to do eveything via telephone and email and will work closely with you to create your perfect wedding invitation. Distance is not a issue. I AM UNABLE TO COLLECT MY ORDER IN PERSON, CAN YOU SHIP IT TO ME? Yes we can ship an order to anywhere in Australia and anywhere in the world. If Wedding Invitations of Australia are shipping your delivery to you, we do so using Australia Post services. You will be able to track your delivery and you will need to sign for the package. We pack our orders very carefully using bubble wrap, packing cartons and double wall strength boxes. Wedding Invitations of Australia accept no responsibility in the unlikely event that your order is damaged by Australia Post during transit. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE INVITATION PRICE? The invitation prices that are displayed on our website include: The fully assembled item, full printing including guest names and matching envelopes. I LOVE THE DESIGN BUT I WANT TO CUSTOMISE IT TO SUIT ME, CAN I? Yes, if you see a design you like but want to change the colour scheme, embellishment, type style or paper, we can accomodate this. If you are inspired by our designs but you want us to design something entirely new for you, we can work with you to achieve the perfect wedding invitation for you. DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER? No we dont have a minimum order. We will happily cater for weddings of any size, from an intimate few guests up to large weddings with several hundred guests. CAN I BUY SAMPLES? You can view a large range of our designs on our website, however if you would prefer an actual card sample we can arrange this for you. The cost of any of Wedding Invitations of Australia samples, is the cost of the item as per our website price plus a $ 5.00 postage and handling fee. You can either email or phone to arrange for samples to be sent to you, or if you prefer you can collect them from our showroom. All samples will be supplied with generic wording and colour as per website design. If you go ahead and place an order, sample costs will be refunded against your order. WILL I GET A PROOF BEFORE MY ORDER IS MADE? Yes, absolutely! Wedding invitations of Australia will supply you with a proof prior to your order being made. This will be emailed to you as a PDF showing both the image of the invitation design along with all of the wording. It is your responsibility to check for any errors. You will be required to approve and sign off on your proofs before production is started on your order. If any reprints are required due to customer error after sign off, an additional cost for reprinting will apply. This cost will be dependant on the stage of production we are at with your order.
DO I NEED TO GET A QUOTE BEFORE I PLACE MY ORDER? It is advisable to get a quote before you place an order in case there are changes to the design. However, if you are ordering the design as it is displayed on the Wedding Invitations of Australia website, you can go straight ahead with an order. We will send you a proof for approval before any production is started so you will be able to see exactly what you have ordered. SHOULD I ORDER SPARE INVITATIONS? We advise ordering 5 - 10 spare invitations, left blank for you to write guest names in. This is handy for guest you have forgotten, for inviting other people when some of your guets are unable to attend or for any invitations that went astray. WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER? Ideally you should place your order 4-6 months before you need to send them out. You can however place your order at any time you wish provided it is no later than 4 weeks before you require your delivery. We have brides who place orders 12 moths beforehand in order to secure their booking during our busy times. If you are ordering well ahead of time, you can provide printing details closer to the time, safe in the knowledge that you are booked in. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO COMPLETE? Once you have provided all the details required for printing and production, you will need to allow up to 4 weeks for the completion of your order. If you order other items at the same time, such as wedding seating plans, placecards, etc. these can be completed closer to the wedding day. We understand that there can be last minute changes to seating plans and place cards. If you are collecting your seating plan from our showroom the information can be supplied as late as 5 days before the wedding. If you are having your seating plan shipped to you, we need the final list of names 10 working days before your wedding at the latest. CAN I ORDER MORE ITEMS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED? Yes you can, provided we have stock availability. A minimum order value of $20 will apply if your order is below $20 in value. CAN YOU PRINT MY INVITATIONS IN A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE? We will be more than happy to print your wedding invitations in a different language. All we will need is for you to provide us with the exact wording. There is no additional cost for this service. CAN I GET A REFUND AFTER I HAVE PAID MY DEPOSIT IF I CANCEL? Unfortunately Wedding Invitations of Australia offers no refunds after a deposit has been paid. This is due to stock and materials being ordered in once you have placed your order. I WANT TO MAKE MY OWN INVITATIONS, CAN I BUY THE MATERIALS FROM YOU? Yes you can! We can supply the materials for you to print and make your own wedding invitations, or we can supply the invitation in kit form ready cut and printed for you to assemble.
